What is included in our Free In-Home Delivery?
Our delivery team will place the items in the room of your choice. Upon delivery, they will present you with an invoice to sign as proof that you have received and paid for your items. You will receive a copy to keep for your own records. You are then responsible for any assembly that is required and the discarding of any packaging or boxes. Most items require light assembly. BestBuyFurnitureDirect's delivery team is not responsible for the assembly of any items and bargaining is not an option at the time of delivery. All the tools you will need and directions for assembly are packaged with the items inside the boxes. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. If you need special assistance, assembly can be arranged for an additional fee. When do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order COD(Cash On Delivery) by CHECK (mailing in advance required) or VISA MasterCard with +3% additional Fee when using credit card.

Do I need to open up account to place orders?

No! You are not required to open an account with us to place your orders. There are no minimums.

We suggest opening a new user account with us if you are thinking coming back and placing more orders, it will save you time on checkout.

Signed up customers will also receive exclusive insiders only offers and discounts.

You may also subscribe to our mailing list for discount offers.

Authorized Dealer:

We are an authorized dealer of all the manufacturers listed in our website, therefore all the products here carry a full manufacturer's warranty. The merchandise that we sell is always brand new, absolutely no re-manufactured or refurbished items.

There are several ways how you can get discounts. You may look for all available discount coupons in our coupons page,  enter the code during checkout. We also offer discounts for volume orders, commercial projects, interior designers and companies. Please contact us by phone or email for package deal discounts. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can track your order online. For our local customers LA/Orange County We will contact you to schedule your delivery day and time then you may contact the delivery person directly for any question you may have regarding your delivery.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. If your order is shipping by Truck Freight, or White Glove, please note the important instructions below. If Shipped via Truck Freight or White Glove Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free.
All returned products should be in the original packaging. Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient.


Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled anytime before your delivery has been scheduled or at least 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery day at no charge.

How will my order be delivered?
We ship through the manufacturer. Every order will be processed within 1-3 business days. After the order processed the goods will be delivered the same day.(For our local customers, In general it takes 1-4 days for delivery). Only in rare cases some products may be temporarily out of stock due to its high turnover. If perhaps this uncommon situation occurs your order will be canceled and your card will not be charged. You will receive a list of in stock, similar items to choose from.

Assembly:

Most of our furniture requires light assembly. All the tools you will need and instructions for assembly are packaged with the items inside the boxes. Assembling some of the furniture can be time consuming, our delivery team can help, If you need special assistance, assembly can be arranged for an additional fee.

Please NOTE: Some of the following items can not be assembled by our delivery team, please consider this fact before buying this items.

Office desks, file cabinets, book shelf, TV-stands, CD-DVD Storage Cabinets, Shoe Cabinets.

However some of this items may already come assembled. Not every item requires assembly.

Our assembly includes discarding the boxes, assembling and setting up the furniture.
It also includes removing all cardboard boxes and other packaging material. 
We can place it near to your recycle bins or any other place that you like in your yard.
