Our FREE IN-HOME DELIVERY is available within our serving area, most cities in Los Angeles and Orange County.

Our delivery turnaround  is 2-4 business days for in stock items.
If your shipping address is not within our serving area but you live in southern California please Contact Us to find out Shipping Cost.

Rainy Days

Due to bad weather/road conditions In a rainy season expect your delivery within 4-10 days after the order is placed.

We are always doing our best to deliver your order in the safest and secure way.

Please note,  your scheduled delivery will automatically be canceled if it's raining the morning of the scheduled delivery even if the delivery is scheduled for the afternoon, and even if the rain stops afternoon. Our delivery drivers are sent home in the rainy mornings and with forecast to rain rest of the day.

Will Call/Pick-Up

$40.00 - $150.00 Discount will be applied towards orders original amount for in-store pickup.

Orders placed online or over the phone will take 2-4 days to prepare the item for will call.

A representative will notify you that the item is ready for pickup; you may schedule your pickup day and time to avoid waiting.

Hours of will Call operation: Mon: - Fri: 11:00am - 9:00pm / Sat:-Sun: from 2:00-6:00pm by appointments only.

What is included in our Free In-Home Delivery?

Our delivery team will place the item(s) in the room of your choice. Upon delivery, they will present you with an invoice to sign as proof that you have received and paid for your item(s). You will receive a copy to keep for your own records. You are then responsible for any assembly that is required and the discarding of any packaging or boxes. Most items require light assembly. BestBuyFurnitureDirect's delivery team is not responsible for the assembly of any item(s) and bargaining is not an option at the time of delivery. All the tools you will need and directions for assembly are packaged with the items inside the boxes. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without the factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. If you need special assistance, the assembly can be arranged for an additional fee. Please notify our representative if you are requiring assembly, when scheduling your delivery.

Home Preparation

Please secure your home for delivery by covering exposed floors with protective material and removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the path and create difficulty with the delivery. BestBuyFurnitureDirect is not responsible for any damages that may occur during a delivery as a result of your home being unprepared.
If the furniture needs to be put on the second floor of your house, please notify us in advance.
Some stairs especially hardwood floors are required to be covered before we can deliver heavy boxes to your rooms on the second floor, such as a dresser, chest of drawers and sofas.
Please be advised that such items can also be left on your first floor if your stairs are very narrow and have some turns, (such stairs are often called, Curves and Spirals, return stairs, etc.).
Please be advised, due to an unprepared house you’re inside home delivery can be refused. Or your order can be returned under our standard return policy - 20% restocking fee will apply)
You will also have the choice to sign “GENERIC WAIVER OF LIABILITY”.
Our delivery team is very professional and handles furniture very carefully not to scratch your floors or walls. We absolutely always do our best to protect your property.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY is required to protect us from small incidence due to an unprepared house to meet our delivery requirements. BestBuyFurnitureDirect never had any incident’s during delivery) By continuing to checkout you agree that you have read and understood this policy.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY REQUIRMENTS

Our delivery policy requires for our customers to notify us before delivery, if the house, apartment is on the second floor. Some apartments are on the first floor officially, but not on the ground floor and have some stairs going up or down, for such place the second floor is then considered as third floor. (Please remember we can only deliver in-home using the stairs to the second floor)
Delivery for the third floor that has no elevator will be put on the ground floor, customer is then responsible for the product.
It is customer’s responsibility to ensure that furniture in his/her order will fit through all doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners into the desired location.
If we are unable to deliver your furniture in-home, due to above circumstances, your order will be canceled and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your original refund amount.
You will have the option to keep the furniture on curbside and arrange your own delivery. Or we may request that you sign a damage waiver prior to attempting delivery.
